Supplies were limited around here, so I did what I could with paper, scissors and markers when I made the door decs for the ALL BOYS FLOOR that I am responsible for. The guys are a handful, especially at bed check/lights out time... But they keep things entertaining.

Working on my Fitness

I've been feeling lazy and immobile due to my lack of exercise for the past few months (thank you senioritis and rumspringa) but I'm trying to fix that. I went jogging today around Lake Merced, which is across the street from my dormitory. Not a bad view!

Save me, San Francisco

Here I am! Five weeks in the city (at least) to work for the San Francisco Ballet. I hope I have a great time, meet some awesome people and dancers, and find myself in new and exciting places filled with opportunities! I'm at Twin Peaks right now, overlooking the entire 7x7 city on our very first field trip! It is super windy and I am FREEZING while also trying not to blow away.

I moved back into a dorm today. Community showers, here I come. My room doesn't have any windo blinds, so that is really awesome when I have the light on at night. Free show for San Francisco! Creepy. Hopefully that gets fixed soon. Also, it is COLD here. I knew it was going to be cold but I didn't expect it to be COLD.

I love the Bellagio ceiling. This Vegas trip was memorable, from Ana the Builder to rockin' out in Margaritaville, I had a blast. It was exactly how I pictured a trip to Vegas with Banana and it was great to catch up with my other high school best friends as well. =)

Real World Updates in Real Time

I don't have a smart phone but I do have a camera phone that always manages to surprise me. I also just figured out how to post things via telephone which is much easier and time effective. Whenever the urge strikes... BAM I can post. I was too lazy to start a tumblr, even though they seem much more hip and exciting but I hate being mainstream anyways. So here it is, my brand new, summer 2011, attempt at blogging. Enjoy.
